Prices, currency and additional charges
Before accepting an order, we will state each product’s price, the transaction currency, tax treatment, shipping charges, any other costs payable by the customer, and the total amount due. Prices for new products have not been decided.
International delivery to Japan and other countries may incur customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees. Before accepting sales, we will explain who bears these costs and the amounts or calculation methods known to us. The responsible party and amounts have not yet been determined.
Payment, ordering and delivery
Payment methods and timing
Online payment has not been connected. We are not accepting payment for new products. If sales begin, we will explain the available payment methods, payment deadlines and any fees before an order is placed. There are currently no bank transfer details or payment links.
Ordering, contract formation, quantities and periods
If sales begin, we will state how to order, when a contract is formed, quantity limits, any order deadline, and conditions for changes or cancellations. We are not offering reservations, subscriptions or advance sales of the new products.
Delivery timing and shipping
Our existing information states that products are dispatched from Chiang Mai, Thailand. Before an order is placed, we will state delivery availability, specific dispatch and delivery dates or periods, delivery methods and shipping charges. Delivery schedules and shipping terms for new products have not been decided. Please see Shipping and delivery charges for details.
Returns, sales to Japan and contact
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Our existing guidance asks customers to report defective or incorrectly delivered products within seven days of receipt. We provide instructions before return shipment and bear the relevant return shipping costs. This request to contact us does not remove any statutory rights.
Whether returns for personal reasons are accepted, eligibility conditions, time limits, responsibility for shipping costs, refund timing and methods, and cancellation conditions have not been determined. We will decide and display them in product information and the order interface before accepting sales. A statement that matters will be discussed individually is not treated as a finalised special returns policy. Please see Returns and exchanges for details.
Sales to customers in Japan
If we accept sales to Japan, we will display seller information, the total amount due, payment and delivery timing, return and cancellation conditions, and other necessary terms before an order is placed, taking account of the application of Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and other relevant laws. If orders are accepted online, the final confirmation screen will also display the necessary transaction terms.
This is currently an unpublished draft containing undetermined matters. We will not begin accepting new sales to Japan before the necessary information and sales terms are confirmed. Before sales begin, we will also check which notifications or registrations are required in Thailand and whether they have been obtained.
