These terms apply to use of this website, operated by FREE BIRD CHIANGMAI CO., LTD. The website provides information about music, appearances and performances, collaborations, articles and photographs, and original merchandise. Articles and introductions to works can be viewed without registering as a member.
2. Published information and performance announcements
We strive to publish accurate information, but performance dates, artists, venues, product information and other details may change. Please check each organiser’s or venue’s guidance on tickets, admission, photography and recording, cancellations and related matters. For sales or events provided by us, we will respond in accordance with the relevant transaction terms and applicable law.
3. Copyright and use of photographs and videos
Rights in the text, photographs, logos, music, videos and other published material belong to us or the respective rights holders. Except for quotation, private use and other uses permitted by law, material may not be reproduced, modified, redistributed or sold without permission.
For use of photographs, videos or works, or for media enquiries, please contact us with the material, purpose, medium and intended period of use. External videos and recordings must also be used in accordance with their providers’ terms.
4. Prohibited conduct
Unauthorised access, interference with website operations, transmission of malicious code, impersonation, unauthorised collection of personal information, infringement of our rights or those of rights holders or third parties, and use for unlawful purposes are prohibited.

Please provide your reply details and enquiry. Do not send passwords, verification codes, card numbers or similar information. For our handling of personal information, please see our Privacy Policy. Making an enquiry through the form alone does not constitute a reservation or purchase contract for a new product.
6. Products and sales terms
Product transactions are subject to the terms explicitly stated for each product and our Sales terms and disclosure under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Online payment is currently unavailable on this website. New hats and T-shirts are at the planning stage, before design work; we are not accepting orders, reservations or advance payments for them.
Rights and our obligations arising from existing transactions are not retroactively removed merely by changes to these terms.
7. External links and changes to services
Services on externally linked websites are subject to their providers’ terms. Maintenance, failures or other circumstances may require changes to or interruption of parts of this website. Whether we are liable will be determined according to the individual circumstances and applicable law.
Liability, applicable law and amendments

These terms do not exclude liability arising from our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, statutory product liability, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. They do not restrict consumers’ statutory rights.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Thai law to the extent that this does not conflict with applicable mandatory laws. They do not exclude rights under mandatory consumer protection or other laws applicable to transactions with customers in Japan. We will first seek to resolve disputes through our contact point. If a dispute remains unresolved, jurisdiction and other matters will be governed by applicable law.
10. Amendments and contact details
Changes to these terms, including their content and effective date, will be announced in accordance with applicable law. Their application to contracts already concluded will follow the law and the parties’ agreement.
