Dispatch origin
Our existing product information states that products are dispatched from Chiang Mai, Thailand. We will advise on delivery availability within Thailand and overseas, delivery methods and expected dispatch after checking the product and destination.
Shipping charges and delivery timing
Shipping charges vary by destination, number of items, weight, packaging and delivery method. If we accept sales, we will state shipping and other additional charges, along with specific dispatch and delivery dates or periods, before an order is placed. If customs clearance or delivery circumstances cause changes, we will explain the situation.
International shipping and new products
International shipping
Delivery to Japan and other countries may incur customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees. We will confirm and explain the terms, including who bears these costs, before accepting sales. Destinations, costs and delivery schedules for new products have not been determined.
New hats and T-shirts
The new products are at the planning stage and have yet to be designed. We are not accepting orders, reservations or advance payments. Online payment on this website is also unavailable.
